Jamie Smith is everything real estate agents claim to be—but rarely are. I have never seen anyone work as hard as he did to sell my house. Situated on a large elevated block, half of it sloping, my home had its charm—but also posed a challenge for most buyers, especially in this market. Its sales history reflected that it wasn’t an easy sell. The original agent completely botched the job—misrepresenting the property, doing the bare minimum, and pressuring me to slash the price. Jamie came in and made her look even worse by contrast. He was relentless. Hardworking. Honest with me and with buyers. Always positive. He had just moved to Brisbane, his office was across town, and he didn’t know my area at all. But his genuine desire to help me shone through from day one—and hiring him was the best decision I made.
