I was introduced to Therese Solomon, by a friend who had engaged her to sell her property in Erskineville. Both my husband and I were travelling immediately after listing, so we had the added complication of being away whilst selling. Therese guided us through what we needed to put in place, in the event of getting an offer, making a decision, and completing the offer. She sold the property within 10 days of the first open home, at a price that we were delighted with! I can highly recommend her - her diligence in reporting on progress, anticipating what needed to be in place for the sale, her organising the dressing of the apartment so it looked it's best, these are just some of the skills she will bring to the sale.
