Greg Haimandos did a fantastic job selling our terrace in Chippendale. He provided some very helpful suggestions about renovations and styling in order to attract buyers, whilst also understanding that we were on a budget. His local knowledge helped to give us a clear picture of how our property compared to others in the area. Greg conscientiously followed up every person who inspected and we believe that his warm, enthusiastic and non-pushy manner helped to keep buyers interested and informed about the property. Greg also kept us fully informed about the progress of the renovations, each inspection and all interested parties and enquiries. This was particularly helpful for us as we no longer live in Sydney and couldn't attend inspections or the auction ourselves. Greg's excellent communication skills, professionalism and friendly and genuine manner all helped to make a stressful process much more pleasant. Last, but not least, we got an excellent price!
