We first approached Fiona a number of years ago (March 23) in relation to the potential sale of our house in Russell Lea. We were not quite ready at the time to sell however wanted to seek her expert advice on current market prices. Fast forward to April this year and we were finally in the position to make the move. Despite the length of time that had passed, Fiona always stayed in touch to check in how we were going and where we were at and it was her patience and commitment that ultimately awarded her the job. Fiona has great market knowledge and experience, is responsive, a clear communicator, remains calm under pressure (especially at the pointy end of the negotiation process) and was able to ultimately achieve the desired result we were after (at the upper end of the scale!). Fiona really listens and works with you as the "vendor" on strategy and I feel was able to form a trusted relationship during the whole process. Even post sale - she has remained in touch to assist me with where we move to next. Fiona is outstanding at her job - always going above and beyond - and is extremely caring about her clients.
