HONEST, friendly, knowledgable, not pushy

Aidan is friendly and knows the area where we purchased well through his years of experience in the region. He was not pushing just to make a sale. We experienced that he had real interest in our needs as buyers and at the same time represented the sellers very well. This gained our trust and it is so much different than past experiences (In the past we experienced the majority of realestate agents only had one thing in mind - to sell a house regardless of what it takes, even if it means selected information, half truths or lies). Aidan, through his vast knowledge of the region, could advise on businesses and trades people who could assist in some renovations / improvements. The people he recommended did not disappoint. From our experience, we can recommend Aidan as an upright bloke who has a real interest to get it right for the buyers and sellers alike.
