Abso - freakin -lutely fantastic.

I first spoke to Mitch when I was tyring to gauge the house valves and what the market was doing in the Ipswich area as my father was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Explained the situation and that I was not looking to sell straight away as my father was still able to live in the house. Mitch was not pushy and said he would contact me in around 6 mths to see if there were any changes which he did, We arranged to meet at the house to get an appraisal on the property, Mitch & Hollie arrived on time and were great to deal with, There were a few minor repairs that I wanted to do before going to market which they arranged form me as I live 700 klm away, Throughout the whole process I was given market updates and revised prices and sale options for the property over the next few months as I put things in place to care for my father. 3 days after putting the house on the market I had an offer presented to me. The house was still fully furnished and Mitch went above and beyond assisting with the sale of some of the furniture and taking items to various charities for me which made the sale process a lot less stressful as it reduced the amount of trips to and from Ipswich that I had to make. I cannot thank Mitch or rate his service highly enough. Would 100% recommend and would use Mitch again. Dave Schmidt
