Brooke was excellent with the negotiations with the buyer of our home ... Brooke was professional and super friendly with a great sense of humour that was so appreciated as selling a property can be very stressful. We are very happy that we sold with Brooke and we were able to sell at a good price as Brooke knew the value of our home and didn't settle for less. Brooke brought around a yellow popper at the signing of our contract and it didn't go off correctly and Warren ended covered in yellow powder ... We all laughed heartily it was a very funny moment we shared with Brooke... she had videoed it and she kindly sent it to us.
