Best Real Estate Agent I have dealt with!

Rick sold my property in the waverley park estate and got us an estate breaking price for it. I could not be more grateful for him and his team Pete. His knowledge of the estate and surrounding areas is unparalleled, he is the number one agent in mulgrave but I feel he would be in any suburb. I first heard of rick when he invited the waverley park residences to a bbq down by the lake, I unfortunately did not attend the event but i was impressed that he was making a big effort to get to know us. He was so easy to get along with from the start and gave us live updates straight after each opening as well as weekly reports. I never felt out of the loop. As he is the real estate agent for many homes that are being sold in the estate he used this to our advantage and showed our property to potential buyers of other similar properties which was amazing. He was never pushy which I loved and felt like I was well taken care of. I would highly recommend anyone in the mulgrave area to use Rick and his team as you will be extremely happy with the result and service. Thank you so much Rick!!
