Bruce, a realestate star is rising

We’re so lucky to have Bruce as our property sales agent. Our house is on the market during Victoria 5th and 6th lockdown. It was so difficult for everyone to involve the sales. It was also a challenge for Bruce. However, Bruce was working extremely hard and trying every possibility to make this sale on the track——contact the potential buyer , organise open and virtual inspections and collect all the information......... We specially like Bruce’s communication skill which is so important to us as the pandemic has brought so much uncertainty. He was so efficiency doing his job and always update collected information with us at different sale stage. After Bruce’s outstanding job, our house sold price was great over our expectation. Furthermore, we were really enjoying the experience of working with Bruce and we’re strongly recommend him to every vendors who wants someone can be trusted.
