Helpful and pleasant

We have enjoyed dealing with Jourdain for our recent sale. Jourdain is hard working, easy to deal with and responsive. He also patiently explained to us including my elderly parent about sales tactics especially for the auction day. I have no hesitation to contact him if I have any questions, so we definitely got the impression that nothing was too much trouble and throughout the process, Jourdain was very respectful to us, as he would always check for our opinion before making the next step (even though I am sure he knows better than we do). Also, he kept us informed after each open for inspection with both phone call and written/report updates.
