- Each room is furnished with a bed, mattress, shelving & in some cases a bar fridge.
- Three shared bathrooms available for tenant use.
- Ducted heating and cooling throughout all rooms.
- Shared common areas are fully furnished and equip with appliances.
- Shared laundry facilities downstairs.
- Accepting short term leases starting at 3 months minimum w/ potential to extend.
Please note: There is an operational speak easy bar & bistro located in the downstairs section of this building. Opening from 12pm each day.
Wifi, Bed Linen & Regular Cleaning are NOT included.
