Adam and his team show excellent knowledge, professionalism and communication throughout

My wife and I approached Adam with the prospect of selling my mother's house. When the due date for present tenants approached to leave, Adam organized all marketing to do with the property. We discussed either just a listing on the market or Auction, which is what we decided was the best course to take. Adam constantly informed me either by email, text or a phone call of client responses to open house and internet views. On the day of the Auction, Adam had secured 5 perspective buyers, with in conjunction with my wife and Adam an agreement of a realistic reserve price was set. The Auction went well, with settlement meeting above the reserve price. From completion of sale, Adam and his team also organized conveyancing arrangements which was a huge help for myself and my mother. Overall, yes selling a property can be stressful, but believe me with Adams knowledge of the market and understanding of all the important legal issues to organize and tiny details to fulfill he makes it an enjoyable experience.
