I found Peter very easy to work with. He doesn't pull any punches. Wheather it's positive or negative he's not afraid to let you know the way things are. Which for me personally, I love. He has a knack of knowing the outcome before it happens, a good gage on the way people are feeling about a property if you will. Which I guess comes down to years of experience and great communication skills. Peter is honest and fair in his dealings with all parties, be it buyer or seller. I found him to give everybody a fair go in purchasing my property without extorting anyone, at the same time trying to get the best price for me.
