Selling a house

It was recommended I went to auction .The work done prior to auction was excellent , including a great first open day . One open day was a horrible , wet weather day and probably should have been postponed . The guide price was well over what it was sold for so probably should have had a more realistic , lower price guideline, possibly encouraging more buyers . The team was fantastic . Friendly , efficient and very easy to deal with and gave excellent service .
