Professional, meticulous, and respectful character overwhelmed the cold market

We heard his name from our neighbour that Ferry is a customer-focused agent. After emailing him a few times, we felt he is truely a responsible person and we like to entrust him to sell our property. By assessing the time when we asked him to sell the property, he recommended us to enter the market immediately as the interest rate is increasing shortly and the market will go down. Truely as he said, the price dropped again and again. We felt disappointed after a few buyer commenting on the bad condition of our property. He assured us that the right buyer will come and we have to wait. He has a few potential buyers in his hand and he took them to inspect the property and provided feedback to me at midnight. For a few buyers, he negotiated many times and one of them even paid the penalty after signing the contract. He convinced us that the right buyer will come and see the value of the property. As he expected, another buyer determined to buy it and renovate it at a reasonable price. We are impressed by his professionalism, scrutiny, patience and insight into the market. He is genuinely thinking of the customer and tries his best to help out.
