Katherina was very professional and knowledgable about the market in our local area of Kurrajong Heights which is her "bread and butter'. Her advice was always based on local activity and recommendations were based on her extensive experience in this market. Katherine worked very hard to complete a sale and only changed tack when enquiries plummetted and the market changed significantly. The final sale price was a bit lower than I had hoped however this was not for the want of trying. A sale of vacant land in this market was an achievement.
