Kat and the team were simply fantastic. As very nervous 'first time sellers' that were crazy enough to list bang in the middle of a pandemic, it was Kat's enthusiasm, energy, and honesty about our home that made us happy with our choice of agent. As the home was listed and inspections began, my stress levels rose dramatically, but Kat always kept her cool and was able to ease my worries by talking me through the process and keeping me updated on what was happening. We sold for a little under price expectations, but due to covid and the cooling market we accepted it in order for us to move on, and really hope the new family who bought our home love it as much as we did. Overall we are very happy and would highly recommend Kat and her team.
