A professional backed by a great team

Helen Jens rose to the challenge we threw at her. We asked Helen to market our property without the outdoor advertising sign preferring instead, to judge the market and to initiate on-line advertising when she thought the timing was right. We had several discussions about this. Our aim was to maximise the potential for sale, taking into account COVID restrictions and possible Melbourne buyers. We relied on Helen’s feed back about the preparation for marketing and the best time to advertise. Helen always came well prepared. Once we had agreed on marketing and price she introduced us to her team. The team consisted of a copy writer to a professional photographer and an interior designer who advised us on how best to stage the house. Based on the team's advice, we prepared the house for sale by moving some items to temporary storage, tidied the gardens and then released the online marketing. Within a 2 week period we had 3 very keen buyers involved in a ‘Dutch Auction’ and the house sold above the advertised price. I have bought and sold some 8 houses in my 70+ years in various parts of Australia and have never experienced such a well organised and managed process.
