Seller's review

An excellent communicator and very persistent.

Tamara was a pleasure to have as the agent to sell our property. She developed a strategy to sell the property that showcased its unique features, including a powerful video. The initial quote she gave us for the sale price turned out to be far higher than we eventually got, but ours was a unique property, and the market was undergoing a downturn, so it would have been hard in those circumstances to predict the eventual price. Tamara was very consistent and persistent when selling the property over nine months or so - she never gave up! She rolled with the punches when things didn't go well, and came back even more determined to sell the property. She turned up consistently to house inspections, she communicated very well with me as we adapted through the sales process, and a potential buyer reported to me that Tamara was 'a gun' when it came to answering the myriad of questions that the buyer had. Ultimately, when we reached the right price range where several buyers were interested, Tamara negotiated with them well to secure the best possible price among those buyers that we could achieve. So the outcome was a relief after a long nine-month sale, and my wife and I wish to convey our gratitude to Tamara for sticking with the sale, and ultimately getting the best possible outcome. 😊
