Professional, personable and pragmatic

I've bought and sold four properties in two different states, so I've had a few dealings with real estate agents. I have to say, Kirsty is the agent you want on your side as a seller. She really understood the target market. She advised us wisely where our money was best spent (and most importantly, not spent) getting our house ready for sale. She makes a great team with Nathanial, and they were always available, even when buyers wanted quirky open inspection times. We even needed help signing some documents (we'd already packed away our printer) and it was no trouble for Kirsty and Nat to print those forms and then scan them for us. We received an offer that was below our expectations. She made sure she did all that was possible to get it to meet our needs and ensure that the deal would not fall through at the buyer's end because of unique financing requirements. I felt comfortable that her advice was sound and up-to-date. Would I recommend Kirsty? Without hesitation. Would I deal with her again? Absolutely.
