Buying your first home is such an important and emotional decision and one always looks forward to dealing with nice people while doing that. However, every once in a while you find exceptional people who surpass your expectations and make the buying process a breeze. I would not hesitate in putting Pearl Todd in that group of people. Throughout the first open home where we met her until the buying decision, she was always considerate, courteous and empathized with us as first time buyers in a really hard Sydney property market. She gave us time without ever complaining and responded to all our queries with a smile. We personally called her several times with questions and every single time she answered our questions with patience. I think the clarity she provided us helped us bid with confidence at the auction and get the property we wanted. We cannot thank her enough for helping us in this most important decision of our life and we wish a lot of potential buyers benefit from her brilliant and unmatched skills as a humane, diligent and kind sales agent in this cut throat market.

The first time I spoke to Pear I just knew she was the agent to sell our family's property which was renovated deceased estate. She came well prepared with lots of information for us and to be honest she blew the other agents out of the water with her professionalism, honest, trustworthy and empathetic style. Poor Pearl had to deal with 4 of us all with different needs an views, and at times very emotional as you can imagine selling a loved ones home, she even supplied tissues At no time did she miss a beat, it felt like a good friend was looking after us. She worked tirelessly through the campaign bringing through 70 Groups on the open days and 20 private viewings, while numerous dealing with emails and phone calls from interested party's and all the time keeping us updated via phone calls, email and reports, we could not have been happier with her communication skills. On the day of the Auction she handed, with a bit of help, 15 registered bidders and what looked like 40 onlookers, all the time meeting their needs and keeping the family up to date. it was a fantastic turn out. I cannot speak highly enough of Pearl, she is trustworthy, honest, empathetic, professional, diligent and warm.
