I don't like agents from experience, but I would recommend Chris and the team

I have had many interactions with agents over the years as both a seller and buyer. In most cases regardless of the result, I have been severely disappointed with the quality of agents I have dealt with. I view them as a necessary evil to achieving an acceptable result and in the event of a nuclear blast, I expect most of them to still be around. Dealing with Chris and Sam has been a surprising and significantly better experience than I've endured before. Firstly, communication. For the first time I didn't have to chase up the agent to find out how my open home had gone. Should be agents training 101, but I think most have slept through the class. I knew by the end of the day how things had gone and what was happening in regards to follow ups. There was at no point in the engagement any wondering or confusion as to where things were at which I greatly appreciated. Secondly, the house was under contract in under 7 days for a price I was happy to achieve. I've never had a house go under contract this quickly. I was immensely impressed. While Chris was away, the continuity was never lost. Sam picked up the task and ran with so we never felt the situation wasn't under full control at all times. He was an absolute gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. For both agents, nothing was too hard or too much to ask for. For the first time I actually feel like I've dealt with professionals. I've never recommended an agent before for anything other than capitol punishment, but I would thoroughly recommend Chris and Sam. They are genuinely a quality team to deal with.
