Like anyone else I did my research on agents in the area of our property. Teza was the 3rd out of 5 phone calls that I made to real estate agents. After speaking with Teza, I already knew that I would be trusting him with the sale of our property. His knowledge was exceptional but more important he made me feel at ease that if I signed with him I would not have anything to worry about. And he is a man of his word. Teza was so thorough in covering all aspects of the sale of the house and what I was to expect of the process. I signed up with Teza to be my agent on the Tuesday and on the Thursday he called me in the morning with an offer that just blew my mind. One - he had not even taken photos of the house, it had not even gone on the market and he had sold it. And two - the offer that Teza gave me was $175,000 more that what I had anticipated. I signed the contract, Teza referred a great solicitor for the settlement and that was it. He sold my house in two days, organised everything, I waited the 30days and the house settled with no dramas. I had tenants in the house when I sold it and Teza was even fantastic with them, he was polite, respectful, informative and took care of the that side of things as well. If and when I sell another property I wont need to do research as he will be the only person I would deal with, he is a man of his word and definitely proved that if not more. If you are tossing up on signing with Teza and another real estate agent I give you my word that without a doubt to sign with Teza. You will not be disappointed.
