Outstanding result

Chris was put through his paces before we agreed to go ahead with him however was standout and so the process began. He managed our expectations throughout the entire process and while we were nervous about selling, Chris gave us regular updates and feedback about the opens and potential buyers (even on Sunday evenings?!), which helped to put our minds at ease and trust the process. We had an Auction arranged and based on the feedback from buyers, Chris presented all options through the process however never put pressure on us to go one way or another. We felt at ease about making our decision to sell prior and the result far exceeded our expectations due to his great understanding of the market, the buyers and his negotiation ability. We are looking for our first family home and the result the LJH guys achieved will help us realise our dream far more easily now. Great work Chris and Matt...We are still pinching ourselves!
