We bought our first home, 1 Larkin st Bardia through Shan. We are really amazed by Shan's professional ethics and assistance he provided to us during this process. Unlike many agents we dealt with in the past 4 months, Shan never sprooked about the house or suburb. He had his facts to support his claims. As our property was tenented when we bought, Shan had a difficult time arranging property inspection and valuation at the property. I can't thank him enough for all the support help he provided to complete our purchase. Can't wait for our final settlement next week.
