The best agent

My mother and I initially had our property listed with another local real estate agent and to say that we were disappointed was an understatement. The first three weeks of going onto the market nothing happened there there was no communication, no open homes and no inspections. After 2 and half months of little to no activity we withdrew our property from sale and decided to give it a rest at this point we were feeling extremely deflated and our plans to move to North Queensland were definitely put on the back burner. By chance I bumped into Martin Vazquez who works as part of Brendan Lappan's team and was extremely impressed with his professionalism, presentation and his easy-going manner. Upon this initial meeting I spoke to my Mother and we decided to have Brendan & Martin from Ray White Macarthur Group come and give us an appraisal on our property. We were extremely impressed but also apprehensive because we had such a disappointing outcome with our first agent. We decided to put our trust in Brendan & Martin from the team at Ray White and it was the best thing we could've done, within two weeks our property had over 20 inspections, received a number of offers and we sold at our second open home. The communication process and strategy was seamless from start to finish and I could not recommend Brendan & his team more highly to anyone that's thinking of buying or selling.
