Experienced agent that does what she says she will!!

I was extremely impressed by Tash Santos from the first meeting, we had spoken to other agents earlier in the day and they just didn't have the personality or professional approach that Tash showed. Her knowledge of the local market and previous sales was very good and she suggested a price to list the property at which was much higher than the other agents suggested, but was also able to submit offers which were inline with the asking price, so she can produce the results. I would highly recommend Tash Santos to anyone looking for a professional agent to sell your property.
