Incredible and Reliable

Wayne and the whole family were incredible. I went into selling blind. I had no idea how it worked, no clear understanding of the industry, I was a complete novice. The whole family talked me through the whole process, they answered every question, they didn’t push me in one direction but gave me options after explaining each. Their knowledge on all aspects of getting the apartment ready, the marketing campaign and the auction itself took so much stress off me, which helped me feel like I was making informed decisions that I was comfortable with. Their understanding of the industry was incredible, but what was the most valuable part to me was their friendly and supportive approach. I knew I could trust their judgment, and felt at ease knowing they were truly working to the goal I had in my own mind. Their transparency created a level of trust where I even went back to have a chat with Wayne who gave me valuable advice when I was purchasing my new property. I can’t put into words how great they all were, all I can say is I would recommend them to everyone and if I wasn’t living in Melbourne, I wouldn’t be working with anyone else.
