An agent who goes above and beyond to get an outstanding result!

It would be fair to say that we have bought and sold a number of properties over the years. The experience has not always been pleasant or successful, leaving us a little wary of real estate agents and the entire selling process. Christopher Guest was a refreshing exception….one who restored our faith in the whole process! An exceptional agent who goes the extra mile

We have been incredibly impressed with the way Chris has handled the sale. He combines professionalism with a genuine and personable approach, and we always felt that he had our best interests at heart. What really stood out was his communication, persistence, and attention to detail. He has a very good understanding of the market, but more importantly, he understands people. He knows when to push, when to listen and how to navigate what can sometimes be a stretprocess with calmness and good humour. His work ethic is exceptional. He makes you feel that your property is the only property he is dealing with. Nothing seemed too much trouble, he consistently went beyond what we would expect from an agent. Honest and real.
