Worst real estate agent I’ve ever dealt with

Matt Daly was dishonest. Matt Daly didn’t take any purchasers to the property. I have kept all correspondence with Matt Daly. Matt Daly contradicts himself time after time. I would never recommend Matt Daly to anyone. I would tell anyone to steer clear of him. Lie after lie from Matt Daly. I actually met with the new owner of the property and showed them around. Matt Daly could only offer me an 8 month settlement,then dumped me as soon as i requested a Sec 27 early release of deposit. I paid for advertising and without my consent he took the advertising down. Please anyone interested in selling DO NOT USE Matt Daly. Very disappointed in his conduct. Matt Daly did not keep conduct himself as stated on the sales authority. I have proof in txt msgs from Matt Daly where he admits he couldn’t perform his duties as required due to short staffing. Matt Daly admitted to me that he had let me down.
