Karen was a very friendly and easy person to work with. She was genuinely interested in helping me sell my property and at all times was very professional in her dealings, both with me, her colleagues and with those interested in viewing and buying my property. Her knowledge about the area I was selling in was very good. Karen worked very hard in making the sale possible, always there for those interested in viewing the property, even coming in for private viewings on her day off! And in fact, the property was sold to this very person who could only come in to view the property on Karen's day off! She kept me informed, both verbally and via email about the process every part of the way. Her communication skills are excellent. I had never sold a house before and Karen's great communication skills, reliability and honesty took a huge load off my shoulders. I trusted her every step of the way. She made selling the property very easy! Karen's gentle and calm manner were reassuring. She was always very positive and confident the property would sell at a good price... which it did.
