Hardest working real estate agent I’ve worked with.

I’m 67 years ago, and have bought and sold over a dozen houses and apartments. The last being a problematic apartment in Eagleby QLD. From the day I put my apartment up for sale, it was beset by problems, namely, a recalcitrant tenant, cat urine impregnated carpet, black mould in flooring, mould in ceiling, cracked tiles, amongst other issues. Stephanie advised and assisted in overcoming all the issues, arranging new carpet, new flooring etc from her coterie of skilled tradesmen. Until finally it was sold for a price I originally thought to be unachievable. Full marks for Stephanie.
