Story behind the sale:
We first met with our Sellers over 12 months ago - They had a goal of moving their family to Melbourne, and this year, they decided to make the move!
As they are making such a big move, securing a cash & unconditional sale was needed for our Sellers - This, along with achieving the best possible price, were critically important.
Throughout the open home process, we received 110 buyer enquiries and 72 inspection attendees. This culminated in 11 registered bidders on Auction day - All ready to purchase under Auction terms, being a cash & unconditional contract.
After fierce back and forth bidding, the hammer fell at $958,500!
Our Sellers are incredibly happy with the result, and relieved they can now make the move to Melbourne. Our Buyers, after being in the market for months, are also so excited to have secured their new family home!
