Productive and Transparent Real Estate Agent. No wonder why Jess is considered one of the best.

WOO Jess Nguyen, What an amazing woman and Real Estate Agent with years of experience. She was recommended to me by a close friend after selling their home which they could not say one thing remotely negative just positives. My friends did do a lot of research on Real estate Agents before deciding to go with Jess and their team. Some Agents suggesting to them to spend thousands of extra dollars for no extra return on their investments. I decided to ring Jess about selling a property at 76 Amherst Street Acacia Ridge telling her that I wont be selling until a year later. Jess was still happy and came and met me at the house and she came with up to date reports for the area. Now this house was not in a very good state and I told her what I wanted to do to the property once it was vacant. Jess listened and when I finished talking she suggested that I just concentrate on a few things like cleaning and fixing a few items and was confident she could sell this house for $750000 discussing plans on which way would be best to sell the house. Jess was never pushy trying to get my business with phone calls or emails. A year later I made the call to Jess to come and sell the house. Once again she came with full reports about houses selling in the area and best strategies to sell this property. I decided to go to Auction. It was a 3 week campaign and she was with me all the way sending me up to date reports on the open days and followed by phone calls. In the mean time she helped me with the paper work to have ready for when it was time for Auction. There is a lot and it was not part of Jess's job but she was more than happy to help where she could and this actually saved me a lot of money in solicitor fees. I met her team for the first time and what an amazing team she has. Jess was with me every step during the Auction giving me advice through the course while Jess's team where busy with the bidders.
