Tash sets a new high in my experience of real estate agents.

Living interstate, I was acting under a POA for the sale of my parents apartment. While I have bought and sold in other jurisdictions, Tash alerted me to Queenslands particular requirements, recommended solicitors, cleaners and anyone else needed in the preparation of the property for market. She is an excellent communicator, in particular throughout the sales campaign and price negotiations. She never let anything fall through the cracks and improved the styling of the apartment. She is warm, forthright and very hard-working and got us a great result. I cannot recommend her more highly especially to those who are thinking of selling in the current challenging market.
