James Goldsworthy

Selecting an agent from afar is a difficult proposition. I made a special surprise visit to an auction in the same complex i had my apartment. James presented himself well and a decision based on our brief meeting was made to engage James as my selling agent. In a difficult market James and his offsider Liz delivered more than i had asked for. My distance created a few problems for me.I asked James to inform me of every action or inquiry in relation to the property, he did this almost on a daily basis.
