We were connected with Brent through Rate My Agent om the basis of his excellent selling record and superb reputation. He did not disappoint. From day one we felt encouraged and supported. He was able to bring buyers in to the house and smoothly managed the process of attracting a very competitive offer. We achieved a great price within a very short time period. Instrumental in this was the way that Brent opened the property to other Ray White agents in the area, allowing us to access a wider market. Several hiccups outside of the control of Brent and his team threatened to derail our sale, but the skill and empathetic approach that they offered meant that they were managed with relative ease. This is where the team were truly outstanding. Where other agents may have given up, or considered the issues to not be their problem, their team took up the challenge and helped us get over the line. Dan McNamara and Carla Lawson in particular were outstanding in their communication and support. I truly felt like they were in our corner, and furthermore that they understood our position. They were gave us time to reflect and were always available to discuss issues as they arose. I cannot offer high enough praise for this team, their service was above and beyond what I had expected. It is not surprising that they come with such a glowing reputation; once you have worked with them you know you are dealing with genuine people who care and want the best for you.
