A rare gem: Efficient, attentive and genuine

Great Market knowledge and very personable.

Lauren had endeavored to sell our home 3 years earlier when for factors she couldn't influence (A development starting behind us the day we listed .....) made our place difficult to sell. During the next three years whilst the property was rented, Lauren stayed in touch with us, not only to keep us abreast of the market, and of what has been selling, but also because she genuinely wanted to. Any call from here was never a hard sell, it was always personable. As the market in Yeronga heated up, Lauren was the first to reach out to us and say "I think we can sell now at the right price, let me know", within 2 weeks, off market, we had an offer better than expected, and she negotiated to a position we were more than happy with. If you are looking for a local agent (not one of the fly-ins from the inner city desperate stock) who gets the local market and will tell you the truth, you can't go past Lauren.
