Nicholas MacIntyre (Commercial Property Management) has experience in all aspects of real estate; growing up within the family business, Peter and Elizabeth have instilled a strong work ethic in Nicholas and passed on an extensive knowledge of all facets of running a successful business. Having a broad knowledge of the real estate industry from administration to property management and sales Nicholas is able to assist wherever necessary. In the position of Commercial Property Management Nicholas helps to oversee our vast and continually expanding commercial rent role. Elizabeth MacIntyre (Principal & Office Administrator) a Dip ED graduate decided to give up her career to join Peter in starting their own business in 1990. After three children and tremendous support from her own family she has never looked back. Elizabeth’s organizational skills, professionalism, along with her ability to liaise with clients and staff, have played a key role in the unique accomplishment and successful growth of the business.

Shannon Harder (Class 2 Real Estate Agent) brings a high level of knowledge and attention to detail to her role in our successful property management team. As a Property Manager with 10 years experience in the industry, Shannon is a customer-focused professional who possesses specialist market understanding of investment properties in the Lake Macquarie Region. A local resident who is in touch with the community, Shannon has a genuine passion for providing great service. Shannon knows the importance of listening, open communication and working hard to build and maintain strong relationships with her clients. She thoroughly enjoys her job and loves the fact that she gets to meet a varied range of people and see so many interesting properties.
