The tenant acknowledges that the property is not connected to mains water and relies solely on collected rainwater supplied via rainwater storage tanks. The tenant agrees to use water reasonably and report any issues relating to the water supply system, including pumps, tanks or leaks, to the Landlord/Agent as soon as practicable. The tenant acknowledges that water availability may be affected by seasonal conditions and rainfall levels. Should the rainwater supply become depleted during the tenancy, the Tenant will be responsible for arranging and paying for replacement water to be delivered to the property at the Tenant's expense.
