Very Disappointing

We had to cancel our lease 4 days after signing the lease & Ray White charged us the full break lease fees. It was in their discretion not to, but they chose to. We didn’t even set foot in the house. Cost us a fortune to NOT live there. We understand they have a business to run but a little compromise on the fees would have shown they were more than your typical realestate agent.
