I had a very positive experience with Ray White Narangba throughout my application process. The team was professional, friendly and easy to communicate with, and they were responsive whenever I had a question or needed assistance. We have been applying for quite a few houses, and you may never hear back from an agent by phone/email so it was nice to hear back from the team. I appreciated the clear communication and professional manner throughout the process. They were helpful, approachable and made the overall experience straightforward and stress-free. They even gave us a hand-written personalised note with key starter items for our move-in day. This was night and day compared to our last property manager. :) Overall, I would be happy to recommend Ray White Narangba to other tenants looking for a professional and reliable property management team.
