Ray White Narangba property management team is excellent.
My hunt for a Rental Agent started with research on the industry, awards etc, and how to find a good one. Armed with about 23 questions I interviewed various agencies. One of the questions was 'How many properties do you manage and how many are allocated to each employee?" I would not be happy with overworked stressed employees struggling to manage too many properties. Several property management Agencies seemd ok, but one failed to follow-up with the agreed-upon details. Ray White Narangba seemed too good to be true! The Property Manager was friendly yet professional, easily and thoroughly answering my queries. I took the gamble and went with them.. 3 years ago now. Over that time, their professionalism has been excelllent. Typically efficient and effective: follow-up with any issues and queries in a timely manner. Routine-Regular property inspections with full reports (& photos) ensure issues can be quickly identified and retified. Ray White Narangba have truly earned our trust. Keep up the good work team!
