We first met Dave when we purchased our home as he was the sellers agent. We found Dave very informative, professional and has a very friendly easy going nature. Well when we decided to put our home on the market, Dave was our agent of choice. He achieved what he answered the calls when others wouldn't and got a contract on Christmas Eve.
