Great Service

I came across Mr Dave Musgrave(Dave) perchance as he had sold one of the other Units in the complex of which I was the owner of a Unit. From the first time that I first met Dave, I felt comfortbale in the knowledge that as a Seller's agent, I had chosen the right agent to market and sell my property. Dave showed great insight into the property market and in particular that of the Redcliffe Peninsular. Dave was transparent in his dealing with me and I knew that he could be trusted to serve my best interest. All that I had to do was sign documents when necessary and leave the rest to Dave. on e of the things that inpressed me was the manner in which Dave went about marketing my property. The photographer that was employed to take the photographs of the property certanily knew what she was doing and the end result of the photography was very impressive. The photographer came recommended by Dave and I have no regrets in following his recommendation in this regard. Dave was also prepared to collabotate with Mr Lindsay Deagon of Abode Properties who is an agent that is also worthy of praise when it comes to the purchasing and selling of real estate in and along the Redcliffe Peninsular. As I said, all that I needed to do was sign documents where requred. The rest was left to Dave. At the end, I got what I wanted out of the sale, thanks to Dave and the entire exercise was hassle free. I have no hesitation in recommending Dave as a real estate agent and in particular as a Seller's agent to those who are desirous of purchasing and /or selling their property.
