Higher price acheived

Having sold the same floor plan only a few months earlier, our expectations were set, however Andrew not only exceeded them, he achieved a price 10% higher. Andrew's superior negotiation skills and acumen for the process continues to produce results. His after sales service is also second to none and at no time did I wonder what was happening.
