When it comes to Real Estate Agents he's a "Breath of Fresh Air".

Phillip came to us many years ago to give us an appraisal and from that point on he kept sending newsletters to keep us informed about our area. For a number of reasons (and on bad advice) we chose to list with another agent when we decided to sell our apartment at Kangaroo Point. After wasting for six months with the other agent, who made a great number of promises but let us down on so many occasions, we contacted Phillip. From that moment on we were amazed at the difference, we had regular Open for Inspections, were kept informed and were dealt with in a most professional way. We cannot speak more highly of Phillip & would recommend him to anyone who wants the truth from the outset. His negotiation skills came to the fore when the offer was made and we were very happy with the outcome. Phillip has a very genuine and friendly manner which we found refreshing. We wish him all the best and we hope we can deal with him again in the not too distant future.
