We sold for a price above our expectations

Christine, Dan & Mia sold our home in a time of uncertainty - the economists of the major banks were predicting the Brisbane property market to slow in early 2022. In addition, the Reserve Bank announced the first interest rate increase in 11 years and a Federal election was called and held resulting in a change of government. Throughout these external events, Christine and Daniel stayed focused on selling our home. They worked hard holding two open homes per week, making endless call backs to those who attended open homes and seeking out publicity opportunities. While we worried that we may not sell, Christine and Dan remained resolutely positive. After six weeks on the market, we sold for a price well above our expectations.
