Fantastic, Helpful, Efficient and Exceeds Expectation

We are first time sellers and really weren’t too sure where to start. I had put in a request online to have our home appraised by Kosta. Not 5 minutes later I had text come through and before I knew it he was around and appraising our home. Again selling for the first time we were fairly unsure of all the steps. Kosta made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way! He was well organised with information and documentation of the portfolio he has built over time. We felt safe selling our home with Kosta. He has a very reputable name in the area and I can attest to his reputation. The whole process went very quick and we were very lucky to sell after the first open home. I put most of this down to Kosta’s organisation. He was that organised the for sale sign went up before the photos were finished being taken. All in all we had a fantastic experience with Kosta and would highly recommend him. Even if you’re unsure, have him come around and explain things to you he will make sure you understand and at the same time not make you feel silly either! Thank you again Kosta!
