Very thoughtful and personal service

Rachel is lovely. She is a very conscientious, hard working agent, who wants to do her best by her vendors and buyers. Without her follow ups I would never have bought this place and been very happy with the purchase! She adds personal touches, too, like arranging for me to put the stickers for 'sold' on the sign and getting photos, just for me! I really appreciate her personal service, and her kindness, which I have found quite rare in agents. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling, with the FYI that she is a very busy lady so you may need to follow up on a few things here and there, not because she is a bad agent, but because she is flat out being lovely to all of her clients. Many agents treat you as a number, or worse; Rachel is the total opposite! :-)

Rachel is always approachable and available when needed. She knows the market back to front and doesn't "sugar coat" things.
